Sailfish: One of the most sought-after game fish in the Florida Keys, sailfish are known for their acrobatic displays and speed, often reaching speeds of up to 68 mph. They are typically found in deeper waters near the edge of the Gulf Stream and are most abundant from November through April.

Kingfish (King Mackerel): Kingfish are popular targets in the Keys, especially during the winter months. They are known for their powerful runs and are often caught using live bait or trolling methods.
