If needed, Bamboo Charters Captains will show everyone the skill sets to cast, hook and fight fish ’til their arms fall off.

The charter Boats are comfortable and can cary up to 6 passengers of all ages and capabilities. This is an excellent fishing charter for first timers to the Florida Keys Fishing. A great way to dip your toe in the pool.

Species Of Fish Caught

While the family fun fishing charter targets whatever species of fish that are biting at the time, one can expect the list to look like this; Snappers, groupers, mackerel, barracudas, sharks, redfish, trout and jacks just to name a few. Mostly catch and release is encouraged however keeping some fish for lunch or dinner will be allowed.

The Charters

Family fun fishing charters in Key Largo are usually 4, 6, or 8 hours long depending on the needs of the clients. Rates vary from operator to operator. This is a very specialized trip so there are not a bunch of charters that do it.. Boats can range in size from 24 ft to 30 ft in length. Some will have bathrooms. All will have a large cooler for your drinks and food.
