Specialty Charters
In The Backcountry
Tarpon Fishing is incredible in the backcountry. Many guides
offer 4,6, and 8 hour trips focusing on tarpon using flats boats
or bay boats. Tarpon Season runs from March through July in the
Florida Keys.
Bonefishing charters in the backcountry can be done two
ways, on a flats boat and on a bay boat. The bay boat is about
the only way to get 3 or 4 persons
flats fishing for bonefish.
Shark Fishing is also a main staple to the backcountry.
Shallow water sight fishing for the monsters of the flats. Check
it out and see who our shark fishing specialists are.
Bay boats are the preferred way to fish the backcountry.
Offering smooth dry rides and plenty of room for fishing.
Versatility are what Bay Boats are all about with the ability to
fish the flats, shallows, wrecks and reefs. Bay Boats are also
the only way to fish more than two persons on the flats for
species like bonefish and permit.
Flats Fishing Add a technical twist to your fishing charter in the backcountry. Flats fishing is sight fishing at it's best and fun for the angler who wants to challenge himself a little bit and volume is not the focus.
